Matcha Chia Pudding



A new staple in my life since I stopped drinking coffee regularly back in March 2018. I love it in my smoothies, in my lattes, in my baked goods and now…my smoothie bowls. This would also be great on its own as a quick energizing snack!

Matcha Chia Pudding

Serves 1


  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1.5 tsp matcha powder


Add all ingredients to a glass jar and refrigerate overnight.
