Yes yay! Working as a nurse in the medical field has exposed me to countless people with food allergies. Whether you are A. vegan, B. allergic to eggs C. want to bake for someone with A or B…this super quick egg substitute will be something to keep in mind! The more that I research and learn about vegan cooking+baking, I find how simple the substitutions are!
Are you ready for this?
You will need:
1 tbsp of Flax seed meal and 3 tbsp of water
Mix it together and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Add it in place of 1 egg in your favorite baking recipe. That’s all!
