Once you have a pantry full of the basic spices, grains, and legumes, you can take on just about any plant-based recipe without a run to the grocery store- even with the most bare of fridges! Don’t start looking all concerned…I didn’t get this all at once. The more you start cookin’ the more the stash will start to grow! I’m not gonna lie, I did buy a lot of my spices in bulk from Trader Joe’s BUT look okay…I wanted my spices in glass containers. My husband and I are cutting down on plastic products! Okay! I feel better now that I got that off of my chest. Let’s get into it.
